The District of Columbia offers all the amenities of “big city” life — including cultural and political events, fine restaurants, world-famous museums, and one of the nation’s most outstanding public transportation systems — minus the intimidation factor. Six of the top ten buildings in the American Institute of Architects’ 2007 ranking of “America’s Favorite Architecture” are located in the District of Columbia: the White House; the Washington National Cathedral; the Thomas Jefferson Memorial; the United States Capitol; the Lincoln Memorial; and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Situated at the nexus of Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom, and Farragut West neighborhoods, our office is perfectly located to experience the nation’s capitol. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Dupont Circle is home to numerous embassies and the nation's most prestigious think tanks and research institutions. The Circle also is known for its epicurean experience and upscale residences. The Foggy Bottom area houses the nationally ranked and historic George Washington University, which has large ties to the political scene and to the community, offering sports, arts and theater, and cultural events to its students and residents with access to various libraries, including the National Security Archive. The last neighborhood that borders our office is Farragut Square, a hub of bustling daytime commercial and business in downtown DC. The neighborhood includes major hotels, legal and professional offices, news media offices, travel agencies, and countless restaurants.
