  • Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor contractor's construction review submissions for projects KlingStubbins has designed. This includes electronic and hard copies of large-scale drawings and product information for specific projects. Distribute, collect, log in, and log out contractor submittals to multiple project teams (and multiple disciplines on a project).
  • In a custom data base, log in all submittals and add date/submittal stamp. Send to review for each project.
  • In a custom data base log out of reviewed submittals based on review schedule.
  • Package reviewed submittals for shipment.
  • Maintain central transmittal file of items being currently reviewed.
  • Run multiple weekly reports for each project on reviewed and outstanding submittals.
  • Maintain active central projects file.
  • Actively dead file project files. Managing the filing space available.
