PROJECT MANAGER — Washington DC
5+ years in project management, including supervising a multiple-discipline design team and 10+ years of
overall architecture/engineering experience. Experience in technology and federal government facilities,
identifying and managing to project team budgets, client relations, sales and marketing support. Must be a
registered Architect or Engineer. Advanced degree a plus.
Project Management
Our Project Managers are licensed architects and engineers who act as the primary client contact and project team leader
from the inception of the project through the design and construction phases. They control the project scope, schedule, and
budget as they interface with the design team, client, and contractor. We seek project managers who have a track record of
successfully collaborating with discipline team leaders to manage complex, program-driven facility designs in the high tech,
R&D, pharmaceutical, corporate, and Federal government arenas while delivering high-quality service to the client.
