Acknowledging the rural landscape and connections to the existing campus, the frontispiece of Wyeth’s current phase of expansion is a bold, four-story atrium housing an elliptical volume of conference rooms ascending through the roof and framing its new corporate front door. The design of Wyeth’s new headquarters campus envisioned a master plan that was innovative and flexible. It is designed in four phases including the current 730,000 SF Phase II, a design that adds four new buildings. This expansion incorporates administration facilities featuring an executive floor and state-of-the-art conference and support areas. The facility houses more than 1,900 additional employees. Phase II signals Wyeth’s physical reorganization, promotes departmental co-location with open, flexible office floors that allow all employees to share in the many advantages of Wyethís new campus, including dynamic public spaces, natural light, and compelling views
