The 52-story, cylindrical office tower provides a new image and office space for government departments and commercial organizations. The tower’s rounded form is notched on both the north and south facades to integrate the cylindrical form to the tower plan configuration and with that of the ground-level site development. The site is bisected diagonally to provide pedestrian access from three corners. Seventeen double-deck elevators and two service elevators provide access to all levels. Public lobbies, banking facilities, and offices occupy the first two floors. Floor 7 through 48 provide typical office floors of 19,600 SF per floor, with the exception of the 30th and 31st floors which are designated to restaurant/lounge, conference rooms, and kitchen areas. Executive offices are located on the 50th floor.
