F Located near the new Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in South Boston, this waterfront hotel consists of an 18-story tower of approximately 350,000 SF that includes 470 rooms, 8,000 SF of meeting space, a 10,000 SF ballroom, a club lounge, and a 3,500 SF recreation center with an indoor pool. Envisioned as a signature “21st Century” building, this structure will significantly enhance Boston‘s cityscape in the emerging Seaport District. It will incorporate high performance and sustainable building materials and systems. The project plans were designed using the latest Revit Technology.
