This project consists of eight office buildings and four amenity buildings that support a campus population of 6,800 employees. The typical office environment is designed with flexibility in mind. A universal-planning module was developed, along with modular engineering systems, to create office environments that could be reconfigured as efficiently as possible. Demountable partitions, a stackable panel furniture system, quick disconnect light fixtures, modular power and communications distribution system, raised access flooring, and carpet tiles all optimize flexibility and respond to anticipated ongoing changes in the financial industry. Amenity spaces provide the full array of support functions required by the large onsite population, including multiple dining facilities, a fitness center, training and conference functions.
