The Buccini-Pollin Group wanted to develop a mixed-use residential master plan strategy for a seven-acre city block located on the Christina River in downtown Wilmington. Residential apartments for rent and townhouses for ownership were designed for the site. Taking inspiration from the riverwalk, the design is centered on the creation of an urban park-like space bordering the river. Townhouses meander along the south edge of a new green space, setting the stage for a 23-story residential apartment tower. The development includes 63 townhouses, each with a two-car garage and an apartment tower with 178 units. There is a 60/40 mix between one-and two-bedroom units in the apartment tower.
