A master plan for an urban, waterfront complex integrating office, hotel, retail, residential, recreational, and parking facilities, the initial concept focused on the development of three high-rise, residential towers comprising 1,112 apartment units. Surrounding these towers, the plan called for a 340-room hotel, a 270,000 SF office building, 96,000 SF of retail space, multi-level parking garages, townhouses, a marina, a yacht club, swimming pools, and a fitness center.
